Perfection- good or bad?

Did you ever think that we often want everything Perfect? We expect extraordinary performance from our subordinates. We want to get 100% output from our business. We demand perfection in almost every aspect of life whether it is a career, relationship, and educational performance, etc. In simple words, we want the maximum result in everything. Therefore we work hard to meet our standards. Man in his true nature is curious and progressive therefore we are apprehensive and doubtful for the future modalities. That is why he cannot satisfy others and even himself on a particular stage because he knows that there is no limit for development and improvement. He realizes that he can still do more to improve his skills to get the desired results. But the reality is that even after tremendous efforts he thinks that he has not achieved his goal. From the very beginning, human beings have been struggling to improve their life but remain unsatisfied. The process of development never stops but the fact is that we need to feel some pleasure of completion and achievement. But the question is do we have to struggle so hard that instead of feeling the joy of achievement we have realized that we did not achieve what we wanted. Suppose! We think for a while that whatever we have gained so far in our relationship, business, career, partnership, residence, and environment, etc. is enough to make us happy. Do we have to stay restless by doing more and more for the next generations so that they may have everything perfect? Did our ancestors not work enough to make our life comfortable? It does not mean that we should not work for development but we must keep in mind that our life is limited so we cannot miss the opportunities of happiness and pleasure due to the craze of perfection. Sometimes we get worried and anxious about minor issues or little things when we do not get expected results such as the desired taste of food, suitable dress for a party, comfortable seats in a public place, proper climate and surroundings, and profitable activities to spend our leisure. Seeking perfection is necessary for the accomplishment of human aesthetic sense and artistic nature but sometimes it could provoke the feelings of unreachable that make the man disappointed. Here a sense occurs that we shall ignore the aspect of perfection in little things and enjoy them in their existing form and must try to improve for big ones. Here is another option why do we not enjoy things along with the process of improvement and development. It is the desired way to be happy and motivated for better performance because it gives us a sense of achievement and drives our abilities in a positive way to reach the destination. We shall accept that we do not have enough time to make everything perfect in this short period of life. The thing we can only do is to participate in this continuous process according to our abilities and opportunities. This attitude is most reasonable and responsible to understand the reality of limits and possibilities of human nature. So we should be ambitious, not crazy for the perfection to live a successful life. Thanks
